Created Issue: Custom Forms Content Type Alternate shape not render after form submit with validation fail [12]

I have created a Custom Forms with Content Type __MarketingPreferences__ and change the view in theme with __Content.Edit-MarketingPreferences.cshtml__ which works fine when the form load first time, but if the form is posted with validation error with required fields the above alternate is not loaded, instead it jumps back to the Content.Edit.cshtml.

Custom form title part and content type are taken from invalid entry if it has not passed validation after submit. Hope you better understand it with an repro steps:

1. Create ContentType with TitlePart and Required text field.
2. Create a form for ContentType

3. Submit a form with empty values -> ValidationSummary is shown, no Title is shown.
4. Submit a form with some Title but empty required field -> ValidationSummary is shown, Title from submitted value is shown.

Isn't it should show the Custom Form title instead of Content title all the time?
Comments: Temporary solution is to alternate Parts.Title shape with "Parts.Title-url-contact.cshtml" (replace 'contact' with proper page name) and hardcode both strings ``` @{ Layout.Title = "My Contact Form"; } <h1>Contact Form Header</h1> ```

Comments: I've encountered same issue, when form is submitted and validation fails the Model.Title in ~/Core/Title/Views/Parts.Title.cshtml is emptied thus empty <title> and <h1> tags.

I deleted the custom form content type and tried to click FORM from the dashboard to create a content item but i couldn't create new but rather it throws the attached null exception.

Currently the LINQ query for get the item total count for feed the pager is not using the same base used for get the first page of results from the query of any custom forms item. Form submissions are saving to the db and emails are being sent, but no matter which tokens I use (rules>send email> body) I'm unable to get the form submission contents to appear in the body of the emails.
Is this a bug or just not yet built into the module?

Created Issue: Multiple fieldsets not needed and missing legend [8]

Maybe this isn't a custom forms issue and simply a fields issue, but whenever a custom for is created each field gets wrapped in its own fieldset tag. This is not the way fieldsets should be utilized as far as I understand it. Instead rather a fieldset should include a legend and then the fields should be wrapped in a single fieldset (thus the tag fieldSET).
Not sure how best to handle this so any advice would be much appreciated.

Forms that have a dedicated page show up under "Forms" in the Dashboard, but any forms created as a widget don't show up. I need to type the ContentId in the URL directly to bring up submissions
Comments: Does your content type have the Common Part included? I noticed that content types without it don't show up in form widgets.

Created Issue: Request Validation blocks HTML TextFields [7]

When submitting a form containing a TextField set to HTML, Request Validation blocks the field post. The rest of the data saves, but the HTML field is left blank.

This could be solved by adding [ValidateInput(false)] to the ItemController, but I don't know if there was a better, more-preferred way.

I would be happy to fork this and add the attribute...

Is there a way to define the position of the field when the form is displayed ?

If you use placement.info, you can't only position the type of field.
